Exciting and Unique Photo Sessions Featuring Triple D’s Best! Artist Wildlife Workshops with Greg Beecham and Julie T. Chapman.

Join the Triple “D” staff and our trained wildlife on a journey back in time to the heart of Mesa Verde country. Photograph the best of our wildlife in the landscape of dramatic canyons, archeological sites, mesas, red rock formations and natural vegetation common to the Southwest. As guests of Garry and Ming Adams, owners of the Canyon of the Ancients Guest Ranch, we will base our operation on their beautiful property, located in the picturesque Mc Elmo Canyon, 30 miles from Cortez, Colorado. With the help of our hosts, we have located a selection of premier filming locations highlighting the beauty and rich history of the area filled with remote archaeological and cultural sites in SW Colorado. Our filming site will include red rock outcroppings, unique natural stone formations, natural vegetation and significant cultural sites. In addition to our seven, three day wildlife events, arrangements have been made with local rancher, Johnny Bishop to offer three optional events to provide the opportunity to photograph working ranch hands and the western spirit of a running horse herd in this unique setting.

A traditional “Native American Cultural Event” with native tribal members is also anticipated as a second optional event. More details available as they materialize.

Basing our camp just miles from the “Four Corners” area, allows our guests to explore the archaeological wonders and scenic beauty of the mountains and canyons of the area.
